The
House Over the Pond is approximately one mile west of Sky Chalet Mountain Lodge and is located on Bryce Resort.
It's unique architecture was inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright.
It has six bedrooms, four bathrooms, sunken living area, suspended fireplace from the ceiling, full
kitchen, one kitchenette, dining room, entertainment room with TV, VCR, and stero system.
Each bedroom has either one queen bed or one full bed,
and there is one bedroom with a set of bunk
beds. Also, there is one sleeper sofa that sleeps two. Also has washer and dryer.
The house actually spans across a pond. There is a waterfall with cascading
tiers under the walkway leading to the entrance of the house with the hand carved doors which enter into the marble
threshold. There is a sunken living-lounging area surrounding a suspended circular fireplace. Exposed beams 17' feet
high
on the main floor. Japanese sunken tub on the 3rd floor.
Six decks; most of them right over top the pond. Secluded and private amid the beautifully wooded area
with mountain view.
1st floor may be rented seperately from 2nd and 3rd floor.
Pets allowed at the House Over the Pond. Fees apply.
Owners quarters on premises of house; has own outside entrance.
2 night minimum. Some holidays - 3 night minimum.

Discounts
One applicable discount per stay; if more than one discount is applicable, the greater discount will be applied.
Extended Stay Discounts, excluding Holidays/Special Weekends:
3 to 5 nights = 10% discount.
6 to 7 nights = 20% discount.
8 nights or more = 30% discount.
Repeat Guests Discount:
15% discount on weekdays and non-holiday periods for first stay for guests that have stayed here prior to 11/01/04. If stay is during weekends or holiday periods, the discount is 10%.
10% discount for each stay thereafter.
Guests that have never stayed here before receive 10% discount for each repeat stay.
Four Season Discount Plan:
Stay four times in one year to enjoy all the beautiful seasons.
1st, 2nd, 3rd stays - appropriate discounts listed above apply.
4th stay - Free;
Must be used during weekdays and based on availability.
Number of nights that guests stay free will equal the average of the previous three stays.
